Parents/ Carers will receive an invoice at the beginning of each term. Fees are payable if a child does not attend and must be paid promptly during the week you receive the invoice. If payment is not forthcoming, the committee will be informed and it may result in a child’s place being suspended until full payment is made. However, if a child has long-term sickness or there are family problems, fees can be discussed with the manager in confidence whereby a suitable arrangement can be agreed.

Government Funding

When a child reaches the age of three years they will receive the universal government funding for 38 weeks of the year. Funding for a child applies from the term after their third birthday. Government extended funding for working parents also available at this pre-school. The manager will liaise, allocate and confirm each child’s session with parents. Parents will be asked to sign a funding declaration form each term and the Pre-School will send the information to the Education Authority to claim the funding. Funding is paid directly to Pre-school.

30 HOURS EXTENDED FUNDING – Available for 3 and 4 year old children of working parents. Please ask for further information.

TWO YEAR OLD FUNDING – We are also an approved provider to offer funding for two year old children within families who meet certain financial criteria. Please speak to the manager.
